Change Nothing, and Nothing Changes

I woke up this morning WITHOUT snoozing (thank you God.) As I went to get dressed for my morning routine of prayer and workout, I pulled out a tank top that said "Change Nothing and Nothing Changes."

Isn't that the definition of insanity? We just keep doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. We judge ourselves on our intentions and not our actions, thinking "well I wanted to...but I didn't, I tried." But did you really?

It's a cycle, we get too busy, so we shortcut something, usually something we committed to ourselves, like eating right, exercising, meditating, praying, spending quality time with a family member or attending our small group.

If you really want to STOP the cycle of the insanity in your life - something NEEDS TO CHANGE.

What has your attention? Too much work, too much food, too much drinking, too much TV, too much social media? Over committing to too many events or tasks? Saying "yes" to too much?

What are you going to change today? START TODAY! If you don't change something TODAY, you will look back and find yourself in the same circle of insanity next week, next month, next year. YOU CAN DO IT!

Pick just one thing...ready, set, go!
